About

I'm a law student by day, fashion and personal style blogger by night. I hope to go into the field of Fashion Intellectual Property Law.
When this blog was created I was still a chemical engineering and biochemistry double major and researched at a biotechnology lab at UT Austin. I not only made a few career path turns due to this blog (jumping from engineering to fashion IP), I also now do editorial and wardrobe styling on the side. I also have had the pleasure of working with Marie Claire, LOFT, and Rimmel London on projects due to the first ever Front Row Challenge.
I am currently based in New York City. I was born in China and ended up in NYC by the way of Las Cruces, New Mexico and Austin, Texas. Austin will always have a special place in my heart since I stayed there for over 10 years in the most developmental part of my life (middle school, high school, college).

In addition to all things law, chemistry and fashion, I like dancing salsa (or any sort of dancing), listening to weird music genres, reading about and collecting random trivia, reading philosophy/ social psychology/ European history books, baking,  watching shows on History/Military/Science/ID Channels, and sketching. I also love the color teal, spicy food, and petticoats. I currently own seven or eight calculators (three graphing). My most prized possessions are my violin from my childhood and my 5D Mark II.

If you've got questions, send it to me via Formspring.
