thrifted blazer, American Apparel skirt, random sweater (Victoria's Secret clearance?), Hue (I like to get these in the largest size possible every fall/winter), Old Navy boots (last winter)
I'm really into plaid lately so I dug up this little skirt from last winter, pairing the swingy silhouette with tall boots (I wish these boots were up to my knees and more equestrian...these or these would be nice).
After much huffing and puffing I finally set up the tripod and remote in my living room and started to take daily outfit snapshots. We'll see if that makes me post more often. I wish there were more hours in the day.
By the way, we went to Grimaldi's the other day and I didn't think the pizza was worth the one-hour wait. Any other suggestions for really great pizza? I'm starting to think I'm just not a fan of thin crust pizza in general.

I love the maroon and plaid together. I didn't love Grimaldi's either (we have one in Vegas), but I don't have any suggestions. I imagine great pizza might be hard to find in NYC.
ReplyDeleteWell, apparently NYC is the place to be for thin crust pizza...but I just haven't really fallen in love with any of the restaurants here.
DeleteI love this outfit! It definitely reminds me of a fall back to school kinda look, haha. Only 'cause the plaid reminds me of my uniform back in high school! Loving the boots, I think they're really cute. But I definitely am into the equestrian feel when it comes to boots as well.

It reminds me of a school uniform too...which is strangely why I liked it. I've been feeling very plaid-friendly lately.
Deletethis outfit with those boots.............FABULOUS!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks Diane!
DeleteHi! Just came across your blog...funny, I went to UT in Austin and then moved to NYC a couple years ago myself. Really enjoyed going through your blog. Agree with you on Grimaldi's - SO not worth it. I personally love my neighborhood pizza in the Flatiron district. It's called Waldy's Pizza. You should try it! :)
