Just a simple outfit for a sunny day last week inspired by this sold out tweed dress from ASOS from pieces I've already got in my closet (a similar dress here). I scored this shirt for around $30 on Ideeli and thought it's a perfect shirt for both conservative and casual settings. Button it up and you've got a great work shirt; wear it unbuttoned over a light dress and you've got the perfect light summer cover.
Does anyone watch the TV show The Universe on the Science Channel? I'm currently obsessed with that show and Ancient Discoveries. I am pretty incompetent in astrophysics so I appreciate the extensive explanations that don't feel too "dumbed down." Feel free to recommend any of your favorite shows from the History/Science/Military Channel. I'm taking full advantage of having constant TV access this summer.

  5. I love the way you layered the tweed dress over a blouse. Looks like a work ready outfit! I don't really watch any of those sciency showss...I don't actually watch much TV at all! SO much to do, SO little time to do it--and unfortunately I just don't have time for TV :)
