This outfit contains similar elements with this post as I'm really in love with 1920's-inspired dressing for fancier events. I recently wore this to a couple functions, including on Mother's Day to an Italian restaurant.
Has it really been two weeks since I last posted? I was so preoccupied with planning a couple of upcoming projects and with researching that at the end of the day I'd rather read other blogs and tumblrs than to create a post on my own. Speaking of research, it looks more and more likely that we'll be publishing my antibody engineering results. I'm keeping my fingers crossed!
I hope everyone has a lovely rest of the week! I apologize in advance for any incoherence in this post as I'm typing this up at 3AM. I will be posting more outfits I've queued up from my lazy blogger syndrome soon....

  5. The detail on that dress is gorgeous :D I just graduated so I'm trying not to think about anything academic for a while. Good luck with the paper though :) I'm sure it'll get published.

    1. I just graduated (well, in Dec 2011) as well, but kept at my undergrad research. Luckily I won't be the only one writing this as my professor and my graduate student mentor will also be helping! :)
