forever 21 cobalt blue maxi dress, my tribe biker leather jacket black motorcycle, forever 21 multi-colored scarf, vintage gold chain necklace belt, black leather ballet flats, austin fashion, austin fashion blog, austin style, texas fashion

forever 21 maxi (similar, similar), my tribe jacket via ideeli (similar for under $200), walmart flats, vintage gold necklace as belt, forever 21 scarf, asos blazer (similar)

These weren't technically going to go on the blog but I figured might as well since this has been my uniform for the past few weeks whenever the weather's 70 during the day at 40's at night. The blazer under the leather jacket provides for a little more splash of color without adding much bulkiness, and one can easily substitute a sweater, boots and tights for an even more winter-proof outfit. I wore this to meet my blog intern for the first time at Spider House. Alice will be helping me make posts more regular without me being distracted from school/work/research too much. Even though I'm graduating I still have a lot more academic-related stuff to finish, and in the crazy days before the show I finally decided I needed someone to take over the technical side of my blog. What this means for the blog should be more posts than before!
Sorry for the long lapse in outfit posts. I will post more after graduation this weekend!
Also, in case you haven't heard from my Facebook or Twitter, I was selected to be the winner for the Marie Claire Front Row Challenge out of the 4 finalists. This means I'll be interning in NYC for the summer!
