(If I look miserable it's because we conveniently chose to shoot somewhere where there were at least a swarm of 20 mosquitoes around my head. I'm actually surprised there aren't only pictures in which I'm nothing but a blur in my escape from getting bitten, which by the way ended up being a fruitless venture with a huge swollen bite on my face. I do love this little gate right behind the house and couldn't resist the unnaturally green grass that was revived with the solid week of rain we've had after a drought-ridden summer.)
I love these shoes! You can't tell but they've got amazing gold block heels. I even made the modern fashion faux pas for them by being old-fashioned and matching my shoes to my bag. For some reason I'm really into camel-colored accessories right now and I'm praying it's not because I'm getting older. I'm still into mini skirts and crayons so I guess that's a good sign?
 I've been better about posting at least twice a week! It's hard to accomplish with everything that's going on right now but I'm sitting here at 5AM in the morning, squirreling this post away, just so this blog doesn't wither away.
