DIY brocade skirt, thrifted silk blouse, Manifest Manifest belt, Dolce Vita strappy sandals, $1 garage sale necklace, Asos envelope clutch
Sorry for being M.I.A. for a couple of days due to tests, research, personal crap, and weekend closet renovations. I might have to post the rolling clothes racks we built (or actually Tim built while I fell asleep from exhaustion). Currently running on four hours of sleep again so I will try not to type much on here. However I am thinking about making a few more of these skirts whenever I have free time (hah) since this flouncy number is perfect for the 90 degree weather we're having on and off....
Chemical engineering and biochemistry background.

Looking goood! Love that skirt and clutch combo.

ReplyDeleteI love this skirt! What a gorgeous pattern it's so springy. I've been thinking of investing in some rolling clothing racks now that the BF and I are consolidating closets. I'd love to see a post about your experience with them!
ReplyDeletevictoria: Nope! I made it over a year ago. It's basically a donut-shaped (circle with hole cut out) fabric piece that was scrunched up with some elastic band....
ReplyDeleteVery pretty outfit!:) love the purse!

wow amazing skirt and blouse, like a truely unique outfit! However, your eye makeup? No offence hun but have you considered ditching that black? it doesn't do anything for you :( (I have been following for over a year now and I still don't think it suits, it's too bold on your pretty little face) anyway don't listen to me but I am glad I got that out, phew haha.
ReplyDeleteWow how did you make it?! Did you have a pattern? Great outfit!
ReplyDeleteYou have amazing style. I love every one of these pieces. Fabulous!
