modcloth blazer, forever 21 dress, charlotte russe heels, rebecca minkoff bag

Continuation of the stripes theme. Modcloth was having a clearance sale and this blazer was a perfect find; I can imagine remixing it a million ways…with florals for a preppy vibe, nude palettes for a soft look, bright yellow for a retro feel, or in this case more black and white to create contrasting patterns.
I'm taking a break from doing an electrical engineering homework set to bring you this post. You know you're an engineer when you make an emergency stop to a nearby convenience store...for batteries for the graphing calculator. ;) I'll be glad when this semester's over so I don't have to think about capacitors, circuits, and math with imaginary numbers. There's a reason I'm a chemical engineer and not an EE; I can tackle the hardest of heat transfer profile problems but I absolutely cannot solve a simple circuit....hope everyone else is having a good week!
