forever 21 leather jacket, fred flare faux fur vest, urban outfitters clearance pants, halogen boots
At the very beginning of this fashion blog, all I wore was gothic jewelry, leather jackets, flouncy skirts and bodycon dresses in shades of black, gray, and white. Almost a year later although I've branched out so much from my original tastes I still find myself still gravitating to the old comforting uniform.
I'm a city girl at heart; always has been, always will be. I grew up playing in a Chinese city with buildings stacked high. However, Tim has taught me to like the countryside just a little bit more and I'm finding myself actually enjoying the little-town Texan restaurants with no healthy options and the deers running around to their hearts' content. I'm pretty sure I still won't get used to having my internet cut off randomly though...
Update: YES that is a puppy in the background in the first picture! If only you knew how many pictures are deleted per outfit set every day due to two cute puppies that are attached to me (since I keep slipping them food ;) ) and a hyperactive Ace that still thinks he's a puppy. Every time we take pictures Ace thinks we're going on a walk so he gets super excited with no hope of calming down and the puppies run after him in between jumping on me. We've probably spoiled them a little too much but they're so darn cute.

  9. although you're getting a little more country, i don't think country folk roam the fields in heels. City and high heeled girls FO LIFE.

I'm digging these red trouser pants (i just bought myself cobalt blue ones!) and your eye makeup looks like fun.

  11. siwing: yes that is a puppy in the background! It's quite hard to keep two puppies and a hyperactive dog that thinks he's a puppy all out of the picture frame at once...
