forever 21 skirt/sweater, thrifted shirt, fred flare vest, bakers boots
We were taking a 4 hour much-needed nap when the daylight was optimal so we took these on our way to dinner when there was almost no light left... good thing my camera lens captures so much light that some pictures turned out. Anyway, dressing for bipolar weather that went from 80 to 30 to 60 degrees within the span of 48 hrs is really a pain in the butt. This outfit might not be all that fashionable but the multiple layers let me adjust accordingly to the temperature fluctuations.
Anyway, I went to the City Wide Garage Sale early yesterday and scored some awesome clothes for $8 a piece...including some amazing vintage fur and silk scarves. I can't wait to show you guys on here! Tim scored a signed photograph of Angus from AC/DC along with the actual concert ticket. He swears he was actually at that particular concert but we'll have to see.

Tell me living in Florida I know all about the bipolar weather!
It went from 40's to 90's between my brunch and afternoon! :(
I love your furry waistcoat (and hooray for DSLR cameras and their ability to take shots in the near-dark. Glad we didn't miss seeing your look).

ReplyDeleteCute fur vest! :)
ReplyDeleteDefinitely not prepster. This is a very current look.
ReplyDeleteThose four hour naps always seem to be perfectly fitting for grey days with temps that hover in the 30s-40s. Here we have unseasonably warm weather: 50's in late November. It should be hovering in the low 30s, high 20s. Very strange behaviour here.
