fifi lapin love

So I fell in love with the fifi lapin shirt (and it's only $10!) currently on clearance at delia's but I don't wanna pay $6 shipping for $10 shirt. My birthday's in ... July? ;) Anyone willing to fork out that $16?

ps. In response to inquiries about how I get away with wearing short skirts - yes I wear boyshorts but more for comfort (no wedgies! yes I just talked about wedgies on my fashion blog) and also I've kind of learned as a kid wearing dresses all the time to A) pay attention to how I'm sitting in public at all times B) wear tights if it's a windy day and C) not make a huge fuss about it if the wind so happens to blow up my skirt. Wardrobe malfunctions happen all the time and if you're THAT WORRIED about fashion, you'll never have fun.
