DIY skirt, f21 top, vintage blazer, charlotte russe belt
So I decided to attempt to wear this skirt a different way since I wondered if such a loud skirt could be versatile. HERE'S what I did with the skirt last time. I loved the peplum nature of this jacket so I decided to play it up with the poufy skirt and the corset belt. It's been insanely busy the past few days... midterms leading up to the NYC trip and then midterms and labs immediately after. Now I'm just glad it's the weekend.
Sorry the quality of these pics suck... we just took some pics on our way down the hill from my apartment to the pickup so we can get dinner so these were a bit hurried. MMMM oversized chocolate chip pancakes and chicken/guacamole/cheese wraps...I think I love food a bit TOO much...
PS I GOT A TWITTER SO FOLLOW ME if you want! I love you all for being such a supportive community and I'm sorry I suck at returning comments! As always, if it's urgent please email me.

ReplyDeletegorgeous ! i love the cinched waist as well :}
ReplyDeleteI love this, anything with a blazer and a cinching belt and I'm on board!! I just bought a belt like this at the Value Village Thrift Store yesterday -- see fashionable minds think alike!
ReplyDeleteLove the skirt!
ReplyDeletere:I edited them on photoshop, but the star effect is a collage made by picasa (you can download the program for free), you choose the multi exposition option. In this case I merged the picture with a random "star" picture (I typed "stars hubble" on google, it was a bit dark, so I made it lighter too).
Perfect blazer + skirt combo! Love the shape the belt gives the outfit too!
ReplyDeleteawe. cute skirt. i make ones just like that :) hehe
